ABOUT THE EVENT

Join Ali Fitzpatrick for a special Full Moon in Gemini themed evening of connecting in with our truest selves through a reflection and introspection journaling, a short kundalini movement and meditation activation and an ephemeral healing sound bath.

Kundalini Yoga is a powerful blend of dynamic breath work, asana, meditation, and mantras. This enlightening practice works on strengthening the nervous system, increasing body strength, and awakening spiritual thoughts.

We'll use this potent time and energy to meditate, envision, release, connect and reflect together as we move consciously through this last month of 2023. We’ll finish our time together with an extra long and juicy Savasana Sound Bath.

No experience is needed. All are welcome.

You will leave this event feeling relaxed, recharged, and revitalized with a deep internal sense of the profound cellular healing that has just taken place.

Please make sure to bring a yoga mat, water and any blankets or pillows you might like for the soundbath.
