We will be working with ancient yogic technologies plus learning basic manifestation techniques to help you upgrade your frequency during this potent time to create the most aligned version of you and your dream reality now and that you’re stepping into!
The long summer nights have passed and the Fall Equinox is a beautiful time to reset and honor yourself and all that you have done these past few months. It is the equilibrium of day and night and also represents the light and darkness in our lives. This powerful portal of time reminds us that we are transitioning into a period of slowing down and turning inwards.
Prepare for an evening of uncovering our true selves, releasing what no longer serves us as we move into this new season, intention setting and deep soul alignment. There will be a group Tarot Energy Reading, Soul Journaling, gentle Kundalini Movement + Meditation as we infuse in our intentions for this next season and then let our mind, body and spirit soak in the healing and rejuvenating sounds and vibrations of the Tibetan and Crystal Sound Bowls, Gongs, Chimes, Drums and Sacred Voice.
Group Reiki will be given during the Sound Bath.
Bring your favorite journal, crystals, sacred objects, blanket or pillow if you'd like extra coziness for the sound bath, and an open heart and mind.
