ABOUT THE EVENT
Join Ali Fitzpatrick for a special New Moon in Virgo themed evening of connecting in with our truest selves through a reflection and introspection journaling, a short kundalini movement and meditation activation and an ephemeral healing sound bath.
This New Moon in Virgo helps us to find more balance. More balance in our work and our service. More balance within our perfectionism and criticism vs finding love and acceptance, more balance between our control and surrender. We will be exploring these themes throughout our time together and the way these affect how we show up for ourselves, our family and friends for the world around us.
No experience is needed. All are welcome.
You will leave this event feeling relaxed, recharged, and revitalized with a deep internal sense of the profound cellular healing that has just taken place.
Please make sure to bring a yoga mat, water and any blankets or pillows you might like for the soundbath.
